Escrow materials need to be deposited to EscrowTech India via mail, hand-delivering the deposit materials, or using a courier service. Physical media like hard drives, tapes, DVD, CD, etc. is preferred. Whenever the Owner updates the Software then it is the responsibility of the Owner to also deposit the updated deposit materials with EscrowTech India.
